Thinking of switching to copper.net but am having trouble in finding the Terms of Use.
While I'm a residential user I am often on the net for several hours at a time. Down loading a 45MB file also takes awhile.
where can I find the terms of use?

I tried sending this trough Copper's "Tell us what you think" page and was told there are invalid characters. that's not a good sign.
