This may be a dumb question, but does Copper offer a thing called a web page accelerator? It's supposed to
1. Make the web pages appear more quickly than otherwise, as distinct from downloading applications to the hard drive more quickly, and
2. Not be the same thing as HiSpeed
Anybody know what I'm talking about?
